My fascination for Negroni started around 2015 at the Borchardt (Berlin). When somebody at our table ordered a Negroni, I was wondering why that person was ordering a beer (yes, I mistook it for a Peroni 😂). My love for the drink started that evening and has only grown since.

The Art of Simplicity
While the "standard" drink itself is so simple in theory (1/3 of each of the ingredients), the quality and taste can significantly differ and each Negroni is special.
Pure Sophistication
The Negroni is a very plain and simple drink mixing alcohol with alcohol and alcohol. While other drinks have more "complexity", this drink lives from its simplicity. No sweet non alcoholic mixed drinks added to create headache on the next day 😉

I was first asked to start a blog about Negroni more than 5 years ago. With AI around and the endless possibilities it offers, I thought that this would be a great way to better understand the possibilities, while offering others an insight into my love to Negroni. I will continually expand the page and already have further ideas how to grow the Negroniverse. Stay tuned!
